The Importance of Continuous Firearms Training for License Holders
February 20, 2025 10:59 amFirearm Skills are Perishable
If you don’t train, you lose accuracy, speed, and reaction time in high-stress situations. Shooting is a perishable skill, meaning even experienced shooters can struggle without consistent practice. At In Focus Training, we emphasize real-world defensive shooting skills to ensure you’re always prepared. Enjoy our latest blog as we discuss the importance of continuous firearms training for the license holder.

Advanced Firearms Training for LTC Holders
If you’ve already obtained your LTC, consider taking your skills to the next level with our Advanced Handgun Proficiency Course. This course covers:
- Tactical shooting techniques
- Low-light engagement drills
- Situational awareness & defensive mindset
- Holster draw proficiency
These hands-on drills prepare you for real-life self-defense scenarios, ensuring you can react effectively in high-pressure situations.
Keeping Up with Texas Gun Laws
Gun laws change, and staying compliant is a must. Our Legal Insights Course keeps LTC holders up-to-date on new regulations, stand-your-ground laws, and self-defense case studies. Understanding your rights is just as important as knowing how to use your firearm.

Satisfied Customer
“Anthony was a fantastic instructor. He made it feel more like a discussion rather than a class. He shared very very valuable information for both my wife and I. I will be taking my son to him when the time comes. Thank you Anthony for sharing your weapons with us and your time. Great Job!“
